Catherine discovered yoga and Pilates in 2018 and has never looked back. She began her practice in Louisville, Kentucky at Yoga East and is forever indebted to their dedication to both the fundamentals and foundation of yoga practice as well as the lifelong journey of both student and teacher.
When she’s not at the studio, you can find Catherine walking her dog, whitewater kayaking, traveling, or at her niece and nephew’s sporting events. She has practiced law for over 20 years, and credits yoga and Pilates for her ability to get out of a chair with a minimal amount of swearing.
Stephanie has always enjoyed a variety of fitness classes but truly fell in love with yoga after she joined Camp Yoga in July 2022. She started her yoga teacher training journey led by JoAnn and completed her 200 RYT with Tru Yoga Institute in January 2023.

Stephanie began her Pilates certification in April 2023 under the direction of JoAnn. She currently teaches Lava Deep Stretch Yoga and Pilates Reformer classes.
She has experienced the benefits of Yoga and Pilates and how your breath can help get you through just about anything. Her goal is for everyone to experience the mental and physical changes that comes from the practice.
Outside of the studio, she enjoys time with her family, hiking, biking and volunteering for Our House Shelter.
Adiel began her yoga journey many years ago but in light of a series of extremely traumatic events in 2020 and 2021, Adiel turned to yoga and extensive trauma therapy as a vehicle to find healing, peace, clarity, forgiveness and personal growth.

Adiel has conquered five Ironman triathlons, multiple half Ironmans and countless other distances and endurance events.
Incorporating her mat into her daily practice has allowed her body to transform physically eliminating pain that used to be difficult to manage at times through the hours of training. But most importantly, yoga has given Adiel the gift of inner peace and the ability to find true self.
Adiel is a 200 RYT through Truyoga institute and is so incredibly grateful to her teachers JoAnn Camp and David Shropshire showing her the way. She is honored and humbled to be teaching in this beautiful space that JoAnn so lovingly created for this community. She looks forward to acquiring her 500 RYT and her yoga journey moving into 2024.

Following a few years of practicing, I completed my 200 hour teacher training course through Tru Yoga Institute. My intention was to further my practice. I never intended to teach. However, true to form, another plan quickly presented itself and my desire to share the benefits of yoga eventually outgrew my reluctance to be an instructor.
My classes are powerful vinyasa flows with a focus on core work. There is always a mix of strength, balance, and flexibility woven throughout the class. My classes are often labeled as “challenging,” but I find it is in those moments of adversity and challenge where we find the most authentic and best versions of ourselves. I hope the “challenges” of my class motivate you to push yourself past what you know you can do while providing proof of the immense strength within all of us!!!!
I often say that I’m a yoga ambassador, not a yoga teacher as I will never feel qualified to teach yoga. l am humbled by the fact that every time I practice, I learn from both the practice of yoga and from the community with whom I practice.

I am a 200hr RYT, who has been teaching yoga classes since training through the TruYoga Institute 2019 with Jo Ann Camp. I love to help students find the mind body connection of Yoga. I want to help you link each inhale and exhale to your body, through movement and focus. Doing this allows us to find ourselves completely present in the here and now, not worrying over the past or future; enjoying the moment. I am excited to be teaching Ignite Power where we move a little slower than a normal vinyasa practice so we can focus on finding power through intentional movement. I am also a trained, stand up paddle board, yoga instructor with SUP501 (now Camp Yoga & SUP). SUP yoga will help advance your mat practice, no matter your level, while also giving you a calming outdoor space to reconnect with nature. My favorite thing to practice is balance, so you will find plenty in all my classes. From tree pose on your mat to headstands on the water, I gotcha! I’m so happy to be a part of Camp Yoga and hope to see you in one of my classes soon.
