Camp Yoga is a place for everyone to be at home away from home. Providing a healthy and healing space for students to practice and challenge their body and engage their mind and soul. Embrace purpose and lean into change, finding comfort in the unfamiliar and power in the pause and ultimate transformation.
Hot classes are heated to 90-105 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility.
An earthing experience in a warm room to connect to your internal fire taking your pranayama (breath) deeper and connecting more deeply to your body. You will be guided through the poses to help you find the way the asana best fits your body. This is great for beginners and anyone needing healing inside and out.

An earth and fire experience in a heated room to connect to your internal fire taking your pranayama (breath) deeper and connecting more deeply to your body. You will be guided through stretching poses and holding for 1-3 minutes. We will move slow like lava but just as powerful as the fire.
YIN yoga is a non-heated class that targets your deep connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, and joints. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held 2-5 minutes which helps stretch and lengthen rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
This hot class begins centering with breath and then moves you through a series of stretches to slowly begin awakening the body. You will gradually start building, like climbing a mountain, into classical sun salutations and a full body opening of vinyasa flow. This class is designed with an incline sequencing to reach the top of your target zone and truly to AWAKENING.
This is medium to high intensity.
Fire flow is an energetic hot power vinyasa class, styled with movement to breath. Perfect for all levels with a medium to high intensity.
SLOW FIRE FLOW
This is a slower version of the traditional Fire Flow class and is great for all levels. It is also perfect for beginners who want to learn the vinyasa flow, static poses and get more acclimated for the heat. This breakdown of the power classes helps prepare you for the higher intensity classes.
Ignite power is one of our most challenging classes at Camp. In this hot high intensity class, there will be traditional boot camp style moves introduced into the vinyasa flow and holding in static postures. This is an all levels class but be prepared for your body and cardio to be pushed to its highest level. Acclimation of the heat would be preferred to take this class.
Inferno INFERNO is am all levels Hot Power Yoga class. This is a dynamic flow linking physically demanding poses to breath. The demand of these poses is such that it requires presence and focus, which helps to quiet and relax the mind. The hot studio temperature is heated to 96-105.
Ok Campers this is my intense class I've been doing for about 20 years!!! Want to grow muscle, endurance, and strength? This is it! We will combine weights with targeted movement to tone and strengthen major and minor muscle groups under the infrared heat. Yoga flows will be designed in between weight training to provide flexibility, mobility and connection to breath.
We love to keep you on your toes, so we will have a pop up class drop each week. Make sure you snag your spot when it drops, space is limited and it will be worth the wait.
The pilates reformer is a great way to take your workout to another level with assistance from the spring loaded table.
It's great for challenging exercises but also benefits students needing injury rehabilitation. There are several classes to chose from and its great to treat each step like building blocks! There are four different types of classes.
Evolution is for All Levels, you will be guided and challenged for whatever level you are from beginner to advanced.
Reformer Strength adds another level of difficulty and works the muscles to progress your practice. This moderate fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce you to more advanced exercises and use of the reformer.
In Pilates Fusion you will be moving your body from the mat to the reformer throughout this hour session. You will tone up fast in areas such as your arms, thighs, glutes, and abs. Your trainer will guide you through a unique class using the ring, weights, pilates balls, and body weight to get you just to the point of fatigue.
Pilates Reformer Stretch is essentially exactly what it is. You will use the reformer to stretch your body and work out all the tightness or soreness in the body.
Being a beginner or advanced student, your instructor will incorporate your level throughout all the classes offered.
